Use – Purpose – Function

Turbidity filters are used for central water filtration, removing suspended solid particles that are responsible for water turbidity. The filtered water becomes suitable for use or further processing, free of unwanted suspended solids.
Filtration is achieved by the flow of water from the upper part to the lower part based on the stratification of the materials (at an appropriate speed and quantity of materials for each application)
In the upper part during the operation, the flocculation of solid particles - pollutants is formed. To remove these, the head takes over the automatic backwash to clean the bed

CLACK WS1TC Electronic Head (USA)

The American company CLACK is ranked No. 1 worldwide in the manufacture of valve heads and resins.

CLACK's WS1TC electronic head (valve) is a time filter type. It is easy to use and to program. The head has a lithium battery with a duration of up to 8 hours. So in the event of a power outage, you don't have to reprogram the day and time.
You perform the Backwash regeneration process in 3 cycles, all of which are configurable.

1. Backwash : Sand preparation. Sand is flushed in reverse flow (from bottom to top) at maximum water flow in order to flush all contaminants down the drain. We usually set it from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the installation.
2. Fast Rinse : The sand is rinsed with a normal flow (top to bottom) at maximum flow to return the sand to its original state. This process takes from 5 to 10 minutes depending on the installation.
3. Servive : The head turns to Servive and is ready to use.

Turbidex Hyper Filtration Media

TurbidexTM is the latest generation of turbidity filtration. Traditional sand requires up to double the amount and reaches up to 20micron filtration which can reduce turbidity down to 0.5NTU. Modern applications today require absolutely pure water. Turbidex requires half the amount of traditional sand filters and filtration can reach 5 microns. This results in perfectly pure water with a turbidity of less than 0.1NTU.
