Proteas UF PRO 01 10" with 0.1μm Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Membrane Replacement Activated Carbon Block Filter

Unique technology hybrid filter with Ultrafiltration Membrane and an outer shell of 100% coconut active carbon with a permeability of 1 micron and internal Ultra filtration Hollow Fiber membranes with a permeability of 0.1 micron.
The main advantage of Ultra Filtration 0.1 micron filters is to reduce the cost of producing clean water compared to other systems such as UV lamps, reverse osmosis systems, etc.
It is recommended for heavy water such as: well water, tank water, insufficiently chlorinated network, etc.

4 Stage Filtration

Four-stage filtration captures even the tiniest particles.

1st Stage and 2nd Stage – Prefilter

Removes rust, solid particles and sediment.

3rd Stage – Activated Carbon

The filters use high quality activated carbon to remove residual chlorine and other chemicals from unfiltered tap water.

4th Stage – Filter with 0.1μm Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Membrane

The Ultrafiltration Membrane with advanced technology removes bacteria, coliforms, viruses, microorganisms and microscopic impurities from water without removing essential minerals for the human body.

The same membrane technology is used in dialysis devices to purify blood in the medical field.

Replacement filters must be changed according to the filtration capacity stated by the manufacturer (see table) or every 12 months
