Order cancellation
For any order cancellation (in whole or in part) you should contact us via e-mail or phone. Cancellation is possible until the time of delivery of your order to the courier. Any cancellation after the end of this period is impossible.
In case the customer has already made a payment via bank transfer or credit card charge without sending the product, then the company undertakes to refund the amount except for reservations if any.

Product returns
You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will be charged with the direct cost of return.

Guarantee
The company undertakes to replace any defective product, provided that it is informed by the customer within 5 days of receipt and sends the relevant tax purchase documents. The above replacement is completed within 3 working days from the receipt of the products by the company.
