Softening Sector: The softening sector undertakes to reduce the carbonate hardness which is adjusted with the appropriate DuoBlend technology filter head.
Isolation Sector: The second isolation sector undertakes partial hydrogen isolation by stabilizing the mineral salt content using anion scavengers.
This innovative technology results in a balanced alkalinity, a neutral pH and the right amount of minerals in the water which helps bring out the aroma and intensity of the coffee, while protecting the equipment from scale formation.
The Claris Head Gen 2 3/8″ DUOBLEND technology with 7 different settings (from 0 to 6) provides the owner with the desired carbon hardness setting depending on the use of the filter (espresso machines, ice machines, etc.) and of the area to be placed.
