Doulton Imperial OBE Ultracarb® 0.5micron ceramic filter with solid activated carbon inside. This is a Doulton version made to fit most 10″ filter housings on the market. Four Stages of Filtering
1st Stage: Sterasyl Outer shell – microfiltration to retain bacteria, cysts and microparticles.
2nd Stage : Antibacterial silver formula which prevents the growth of microbes inside the ceramic.
3rd Stage: Ultracarb Activated carbon to remove chlorine, organic compounds and improve taste and odor
4th Stage : Removal of heavy metals and lead.
