Description
Complete water softening system consisting of:
- Runxin F63 Volumetric automatic volumetric head with built-in bypass
- Pressure Vessel with 75lt resin (diameter 33.5cm, height 140cm)
- Brine tank 100lt (diameter 46cm and height 88cm)
The regeneration process takes place in 4 cycles which are all parameterized:
- Backwash: Resin preparation. The resin is rinsed in the maximum flow of water to prepare it for the next step. We usually set it from 3 to 8 minutes depending on the installation.
- Brine & Slow Rinse: In this stage the head draws the salt water (sodium chloride) from the brine tank and irrigates the resin with it. It is the longest stage and lasts at least 60 minutes.
- Brine Refill: The head refills the brine tank with water. This process takes from 3 to 10 minutes depending on the installation.
- Fast Rinse: The resin is rinsed at maximum flow to remove salt residue and return to its original state ready to deliver softened water again. This process takes from 5 to 10 minutes depending on the installation.
