Brita Professional Carbon Hardness Test

The water hardness meter helps us to know the temporary hardness or alkalinity and is denoted by ºdKH.

Way of use

1)Rinse the dispenser container well

2)Fill the dispenser with water to exactly 5ml

3)We start and pour one drop of the solution of the doser, stirring it. You will notice that the water in the dispenser turns purple. Each drop translates into a degree.

4)As soon as our meter turns yellow, we stop.

The total number of drops of the solution we poured is the total Carbonate hardness. BC in 10 drops it turned yellow, so our water has a carbonate hardness of 10 ºdKH.
