With Precoat Filtration technology, filtration density of 0.5 micron and bacteriostatic technology, it offers water free of chlorine, odors, turbidity while simultaneously removing cysts (cryptosporidia, yards, etc.), asbestos fibers and algae. It also greatly reduces iron and manganese oxides and sulfates. The filter is certified to the strictest NSF42 and NSF53 certifications and is manufactured in America to the highest quality standards.
