Reverse osmosis Aquarium TETRA Compact 80GPD

Description

Reverse osmosis for compact 3-stage aquarium applications on metal base and 80GPD production membrane (304 liters per day).

The unit is upgraded with larger 2.5″ x 12″ diameter cartridges as opposed to the previous model which was 2″ x 10″. So it gives us the advantages of a large reverse osmosis in a small size. It does not need electricity, it works with natural pressure as long as the mains pressure is above 2.5bar. Replacement cartridges feature stem quick connect for easy tool-free replacement.

Three stages of Cleansing

1st Stage

2.5″ x 12″ melt blown polypropylene cartridge with permeability of filter 5 micron . The cartridge has bacteriostatic properties to prevent the growth of microorganisms inside the filter. Polypropylene retains solid particles such as sand, dirt and rust from the water. Change is recommended every 6 months.

2nd Stage

2.5″ x 12″ vegetable activated carbon block cartridge with permeability of filter 5 micron . Activated carbon removes pollutants such as chlorine, organic and volatile compounds from the water. Change every 12 months is recommended.

3rd Stage

80GPG Reverse Osmosis Membrane with a production capacity of 80 gallons per day (304 liters per day) The membrane removes more than 95% of bacteria, cysts, pesticides, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), salts, heavy metals and other contaminants. Change is recommended every 24 months.

The osmosis comes in a cardboard box and includes the filters, membrane wrench, connection tubes, drain collar, 1/2″ connection supply (water thief), metal bracket with rubber feet, water inlet vane and water outlet vane .The type of input and output can be configured in any case as you wish with the corresponding cost.
